Adayana Adds Human Resources Generalist to HR Team
Panda Cable Promoted from Contracted HR Consultant to HR
Generalist
Indianapolis, IN: November 24, 2008 – Panda Cable recently
joined the Adayana team as a Human Resources Generalist in the
Indianapolis office.
“Panda’s specialization and experience in coaching and leadership
will provide a means to connect the company, enterprise-wide, as we
build an exciting chapter in the history of our organization,”
stated Sandi Mathes, VP of Human Resources. “Our company continues
to grow and change, and we are thrilled to have Panda on board to
help make an impact within current and future teams we serve.”
Cable previously served as a contracted HR Consultant for
Adayana. She also has served as the Director of Training &
Leadership Development at Defender Direct in Indianapolis and worked
in training and HR roles for Insight Communications, Conseco,
Citizens Gas, and Resort Condominiums International. Cable’s main
job responsibilities now include industry recruiting, performance
management, employment law, and training and development.

Cable received her bachelor’s degree in Education from Franklin
College. She was certified in Professional Human Resources in 1999
before her recertification in 2003 and again in 2005.
