"We are lucky to have someone so passionate about optics joining
our team," said Dr. Jeremy Ciano, founder of Revolution Eyes. "Mr.
Dearchs’ experience will be a great asset to the practice and the
patients, old and new, that we see.”
“I read about Revolution Eyes in the Indianapolis Business
Journal and knew this was an organization I wanted to be a part of,”
said Mr. Dearchs. “The staff environment is very family oriented and
was a definite attraction.”

About Dr. Thomas Dearchs:
A native of Algona, Iowa, Tom passed the American Board of
Opticianry exam in 1990. He has worked in the areas of opticianry
and management for 15 years in both private and retail chain
environments. Tom's favorite thing about the optical world is the
one on one interaction with patients and helping them select the
best frames and lenses available for their needs.
Tom has two passions that often overlap and intertwine...optics
and music. In 1994, he was awarded a full music scholarship to the
Indiana University Jacobs School of Music where he studied with
Chancellor's Professor of Music, Dr. Marilyn Keiser. Tom was in
full-time music ministry for nearly ten years. He currently is the
Organist/Choirmaster at St. Alban's Episcopal Church in
