Server Partners, LLC Becomes Rainmakers Sponsor
Members Receive Discounts for New FileEngine Server Appliances
Indianapolis, IN: October 6, 2008 – Rainmakers,
Indianapolis' fastest growing business association, announced today
that it has brought on Server Partners, LLC as a sponsor of the organization.
Rainmakers' members receive a $1,000 discount off the company's most popular FileEngine
File Server model designed for offices with under 20 PCs. Members of
larger companies can save
more on systems designed for larger firms.
The Association has found the file server appliance a great value
for small businesses. “We were looking at systems costing $10,000 to
$15,000 dollars. This system is priced for a small business and
gives us the peace of mind we need.” said Tony Scelzo, Rainmakers
Founder. "With the Rainmaker discount, this is something many of our
members should seriously evaluate. I really think this is a
no-brainer for Tier 1 companies looking for on-site and off-site
back up choking on the initial cost of building a network.”
FileEngine is different. Traditionally, servers sold by local
technology service providers are assembled from hardware, software
and services sourced from multiple vendors. While a
custom-engineered solution may sound good, it results in a system
that is different for every customer; each depends on the skill (and
memory) of the individual technician for support and maintenance.
Compared to FileEngine, this approach is outdated, expensive and
risky. FileEngine offers an integrated, quality-controlled system
that is backed-up, monitored and maintained remotely. FileEngine
also includes service and support in the monthly lease price. There
are no upfront costs and no repair bills.
Another FileEngine advantage is six levels of backup, including
offsite storage that is included at no extra cost. All businesses
have an absolute duty to protect their work product, e-mail,
documents, spreadsheets and other data stored on their computers. A
combination of innovation and traditional technology makes
FileEngine a cost-effective solution for businesses that must keep
data safe.
“We always encourage our members to ‘VOTE WITH THEIR DOLLARS”
using services provided by other members whenever possible,” said
Lorraine Ball, President of Rainmakers. "It is so much easier to
encourage that, when a company has a solid solution, like FileEngine,
and is willing to partner with us, offering their services at an
attractive discount. This creates a win-win-win, for the company,
our members and our organization."
Kim Brand, CEO of Server Partners, the Indianapolis-based company
that developed and manufactures FileEngine, added, “Our partnership
with Rainmakers has been an important part of our marketing
strategy. We believe that by using FileEngine more small businesses
will enjoy technology advantages previously reserved for large
organizations. Our goal is to make technology simple, reliable and
affordable for every small business.”
