INDIANAPOLIS, IN: September 15, 2008 – Local small business expert Lorraine Ball will share her favorite strategies on how to become more productive using Web 2.0 tools in a 90 minute Rainmaker University Class: “What is Web 2.0 and Why is it so Important?” The class will be held from 12:30 – 2:00 pm in the Yeager office buildings located at 11650 Lantern Road, Fishers, IN 46038.

“What Is Web 2.0 And Why Do I Care?” will entail:

 • Defining Web 2.0 and how these tools can be used to improve both personal productivity and website performance.
 • Specific tools discussed: Google docs, WordPress and LinkedIn
 • How to build a manageable Web 2.0 strategy
 • Answer questions participants have about Web 2.0

“I don’t consider myself a “techie” said Ball. “My goal with this class is to take away some of the mystic about these tools, and show average users how to leverage them.”
