Local Employee Assistance Program Acquiring Local Business
Indianapolis, IN: April 15, 2009 – Locally-based
Supportive Systems, LLC has successfully completed the acquisition
of One to One EAP, a division of Fairbanks Hospital. Services were
transferred effective March 1, 2009 with final transactions during
April.
One to One EAP, a division of Fairbanks Hospital, has been in the
business of EAP since the 1970’s. The decision to remain central to
their core mission, encompassing addiction treatment and recovery,
came in late 2008. At that time they approached Supportive Systems,
LLC Owner, Pam Ruster, to ask if she was interested in purchasing
their EAP accounts.
Supportive Systems, LLC is certified in the provision of Employee
Assistance Programs as a Women-owned Business Enterprise by the
State of Indiana Department of Administration Minority and Women’s
Business Enterprises Division, as well as the City of Indianapolis.
Corporations and company leadership who track their diversity and
minority contracts, are fortunate to select an Indiana company for
EAP which is qualified to provide those services and maintain their
diversity standards.
Supportive Systems, LLC is celebrating 14 year’s and is locally
owned and operated by Pamela L. Ruster. Services include employee
assistance programs for companies throughout Indiana and corporate
development training services. Other services provided by the
company include critical incident response for robbery or employee
trauma and Department of Transportation (DOT) Substance Abuse
Professional services for employees who have violated DOT drug and
alcohol policy. “I look forward to opportunities with these new
employers to create and maintain a positive work environment for
their employees during this unique economic time for industry”
Ruster said.
