Indianapolis, IN: February 10, 2009 – Start your night off with sizzle at Ruth Chris Steak House! Bring your friends to Ruth Chris Steak House and enjoy the new Prime Time menu featuring Ruth’s famous entrées, signature New Orleans style side dishes and classic desserts beginning October 15, 2008 at both Indianapolis Ruth’s Chris locations. (96th and Keystone Avenue and Downtown at Circle Centre Mall).

The Prime Time menu, offered nightly from 4 to 6 p.m, features two mouthwatering Ruth’s Chris menus. The $35 Prime Time menu includes; a choice of salad, petite filet, oven-roasted chicken breast & 4 oz. filet, stuffed chicken breast or fresh salmon fillet. The $45 Prime Time menu includes; choice of salad, filet, New York strip, veal chop or market fresh seafood selection. All entrees are accompanied by a choice of creamed spinach, julienne fries, sautéed mushrooms, mashed potatoes, or fresh broccoli. Guests will also be treated to a glass of Ruth’s Chris house wine, coffee or tea and Ruth’s delicious desserts.

Ruth Chris Steak House was founded over 40 years ago by Miss Ruth Fertel of New Orleans, Louisiana. Finding a way to put her two sons through college, Miss Ruth was driven to make her Steak House a success. Ruth’s Chris Steak House restaurants continue to serve their customers today as Miss Ruth did--- on specially designed broilers, searing USDA prime Midwestern, corn-fed steaks at 1,800 degrees.

From the beginning, Ruth believed in quality with hands-on direction, breaking the mold of other cookie-cutter style restaurants. In 1977 the franchise began, now serving fine steaks at over 120 locations in the United States and four foreign countries.
