INDIANAPOLIS, IN: March 27, 2009 — Indianapolis-based eImagine Technology Group, Inc., a distinguished provider of custom software solutions for commercial businesses and government entities, today announced the acquisition of Sundown Support, a network infrastructure specialist and Microsoft Business Solutions Partner. With this alliance, eImagine introduces a full-service, one-source IT solution to a local and national market. This model delivers greater ef-ficiency, security, visibility and quality in IT initiatives and business processes, enabling clients to increase profitability and compete more effectively.

The acquisition has significantly expanded eImagine’s market potential and provides a strong foundation for continued organic growth, with staffing and revenues projected to grow by 25 percent in 2009. In acquiring Sundown Support, eImagine also establishes an office in Brownsburg, Indiana, making it the only company in Hendricks County that is both a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and a Microsoft Business Solutions Partner.

In conjunction with the acquisition, eImagine also announces the appointment of Brian Bewley to the role of Vice Presi-dent. Mr. Bewley is a successful entrepreneur, business leader and technology specialist who founded Sundown Sup-port in 2004. As vice president, he is responsible for generating and fostering alliances with key clients and strategic business partners such as Microsoft. He will also define and drive strategy for eImagine’s business solution integration and network infrastructure services.

eImagine’s services expansion enables the company to deliver a more-comprehensive approach to managing technol-ogy initiatives.
