Tony has served as outsourced CEO, VP of Sales, Director of Marketing, Sales Manager and Director of Business Development for several companies. He has past experience in franchise operations and marketing in the restaurant business. His current expertise is being heavily utilized in the Midwest technology arena.
Tony knows how to utilize guerilla tactics to create awareness and generate sales in a market place. He has a wealth of knowledge in email marketing and media planning and buying.
Tony’s passion is helping businesses make connections that are mutually beneficial. Residing in Indianapolis, Indiana, Tony has a BS, from Michigan State University.
Nikki Lewallen 
Nikki Lewallen is the Executive Director of Rainmakers and a passionate public speaker, facilitator and business development specialist. Nikki has been an integral part of Rainmakers explosive growth over the past six years, seeing membership triple and market expansion from Indianapolis throughout the Midwest. Nikki currently has over 15,500 hours into the study of Word of Mouth Marketing and works the Rainmakers Model daily, resulting in a 100% referral business. Nikki holds a Masters Degree from Indiana University. Nikki’s passion is to inspire people to their true potential and find a way to make money doing what they love!
Stephanie Dohnert 
Stephanie Dohnert joined the Rainmakers team in 2011 and has been a game changer for the organization and headquarters (aka “The BOB”). Stephanie has over 11 years of Executive Assistant experience. Stephanie runs our office, handles event promotion, works with members to ensure they are getting the most from their membership and coordinates details for company functions.
Megan Adams 
Megan Adams has been the best intern Rainmakers has ever seen (and we hire a lot of interns)! Megan came to us from Huntington University. Megan is the hospitality leader in the organization. She makes sure members are happy and attending the ‘right’ events for them.
