Nikki Lewallen is the CEO of Rainmakers and a passionate public speaker, facilitator and business development specialist. Nikki has been an integral part of Rainmakers explosive growth over the past eight years, seeing membership triple and market expansion from Indianapolis throughout the Midwest. Nikki currently has over 15,500 hours into the study of Word of Mouth Marketing and works the Rainmakers Model daily, resulting in a 100% referral business. Nikki holds a Masters Degree from Indiana University. Nikki’s passion is to inspire people to their true potential and find a way to make money doing what they love!
COO & Marketing Manager
As COO, Tina works closely with the CEO to ensure the vision, values and mission of the company are alive throughout the organization. She develops and implements systems that contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Tina creates and executes marketing strategy. She creates original material for blogs and social posts, and helps spread the word about Rainmakers events and trainings on numerous social media platforms. Tina is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about social media and online marketing.
Director of Membership
As Director of Membership, Amber guides new members through the Rainmakers experience. Amber serves as the “lifeline” in our office, ensuring systems and procedures are in place for events, training sessions, and member initiatives. She is a resource for questions about events, training, and membership and introductions.
Amber brings a positive attitude, passion for life, and eagerness to contribute to the Rainmakers community. She has 10 years of customer service experience and 5 years of management and employee development.
Bryon Foley has been the greatest leader that Rainmakers has ever witnessed. Bryon is a successful financial advisor, specializing in working with seniors and caregivers and has created the very popular and well-known Boomers and Beyond, which is a Rainmakers event that caters to the best service providers to caregivers and seniors. Bryon built a board of advisors, nearly twenty strong, and consistently delivers an a top-notch event experience. He makes time outside of his busy practice to lead our leaders, shares his best practices, and helps them develop strong events.
Member Success Ambassador
Nancy’s involvement with Rainmakers spans several years. She has served various companies in executive level sales positions over the years and has worked the Rainmakers platform successfully to create winning business development results. Nancy has served and continues to serve as a Rainmakers board member. Passionate about helping members succeed, Nancy guides them on how to leverage their membership so they, too, can experience the gains she has made. Director of Training and Development
Tommy will be responsible for the Leadership development within the Rainmakers organization and Leadership and Personal Development training for executives, employee groups and members.
Tommy has more than 40 years experience in business coaching, training, and athletic coaching. He has coached more than 1,000 individuals and teams and facilitated training for corporate teams and executives and is a former president of Toastmasters, International.
Kade provides support at Rainmakers events ensuring that members experience a well organized and quality event.
Kade has been in real estate for 5 years and currently works at the Keller Williams Indy Metro NE office. He specializes in educating buyers and pairing them with the best mortgage options available to help create a seamless home buying experience. Kade sells homes on the North side of Indy and Hamilton County.
Event Support Rockstar
Michelle provides hospitality and member support at events. She helps with administrative tasks that ultimately allow members to grow their businesses.
Michelle was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina and moved to Indy to continue her schooling at IUPUI. She will graduate this December with a communications degree and business minor. Her passion for dogs brings her much joy and she would love to have a fulfilling career working with them in some capacity.
