Access to warm clothing, especially socks, is a hardship for those in need. That’s why October is Sock-tober. Working with Rainmaker Steve Taylor and Lambswear Inc., members collected socks as well as cash to be used toward the purchase of additional pairs.
In total, Rainmakers donated 650 pairs of socks which will be distributed to about 150 children! Thanks to everyone who donated!
Bi-monthly Serve More projects allow Rainmakers members to give back to the community. For December’s project, Rainmakers will work with Secret Families of Hamilton County. You can participate in three ways: make a donation, volunteer or do both! See updates on the Secret Families Facebook page.
