Rainmakers is excited to offer a monthly roundtable for small business leaders to convene on workplace talent topics. It is more important than ever to be strategic in attracting, engaging and developing employees in order to build a healthy company.

Ideal attendees for this session are small business owners or human resource managers.

Sessions are 90 minutes and include introductions and networking along with a workplace talent learning topic and interactive roundtable discussion. All participants share their key takeaways in action steps prior to the conclusion of the session.


July Topic: Understanding Your Style to BEST Connect with Others
Understanding the natural style of yourself and learning how to adjust to others leads to business relationship building success. In time of stress and change our ability to adapt to others drastically changes. This session will help you learn how to identify what style you may be interacting with, how you show up during times of change, and how to support each other so that your business relationships continue to thrive!

 Extended DISC is a framework for understanding the way we think, communicate, and interact with the least amount of energy or most naturally.


Our Speaker: Meghan Enriquez

Performance Specialist for Insperity 

Meghan received her degree in Exercise Science and Psychology and became the youngest Intervention director of two clinical trials funded by NIMH at Johns Hopkins University. Meghan was tasked to improve the health outcomes amongst the most underserved, through behavioral lifestyle intervention. Meghan has spent 12 years facilitating behavior change and implementation, with the past six years focused on how to improve employee performance for organizations and businesses. Meghan is now a sought after facilitator and consultant for improving human performance through learning, development, and strategic thinking with Insperity.


Sessions will be facilitated by Rainmakers CEO and employee engagement expert, Nikki Lewallen.

As reflected in her leadership style, Nikki is an avid proponent of robust company culture. She believes that for people to succeed in business and life, it is necessary for them to find meaning in their work.
