Connect

You will have the opportunity to learn best practices on a relevant business topic, and then break out into small groups to share thoughts and experiences. By creating a more intimate environment, we will be able to learn more, build stronger relationships, and work together to make an impact.
  • Break into small groups for more personal connections
  • Learn best networking practices from other colleagues
  • Build Stronger relationships
  • Make an impact

After the session, we’ll be sure to send the contact information to the participants to connect further.

March Topic: “It’s the People, Stupid.”

Long term growth is not about the next client you sign. It is about the next person you hire, the structure of the company, and the culture of the company. Understand the impact of People, Structure, and Culture when building your business. You will hear how one company focuses on these areas to consistently see year over year growth and hopefully walk away with a few key tactics to add to your toolkit.
