With over 30 years in technology sales, Steve is an experienced sales and leadership professional focused on the training and development of Sales Professionals.
Steve focuses his teaching on effectively engaging customers using outcome-oriented sales techniques that help them achieve the goals that are important to their businesses. He is an active member of the Sales Advisory Boards at both the Kelley School of Business at IU and the Miller College of Business at Ball State and has led a mentoring program for graduate students in the CICS program at Ball State for five years.
