Rainmakers, as an organization, is passionate about helping professionals build authentic relationships that enable them to reach new levels of success in their business and personal lives. April Topic: Your Energy is Contagious – How Are You “Infecting” Others?
You will receive what you give, AND You can’t give what you don’t have. This may sound confusing I know, but it really is that SIMPLE. If you give a smile, 9 times out of 10 you will receive a smile. The same holds true when you are angry.
In this session of the Empowering Women Roundtable, learn the basics of how leading intently with the right level of energy can work in your favor, rather than against you. By learning and applying the principles of Energy Leadership, you can increase your ability to shift your own energy and the energy of those around you to accomplish anything. When you do that, you will help inspire and motivate yourself and others, feel a greater sense of purpose, get more done with much less effort and stress, and constantly attract positive and powerful people and success to you.

Kim is a success coach focused on creating a lasting legacy of wealth, health, and happiness for professionals and business owners. She is an experienced and credentialed coach, has won multiple leadership awards, an author, and a patent inventor for a product developed for Uber. Kim has achieved some amazing and transformative results with her clients and in her past as a corporate executive before she started her own practice three years ago. What is inspiring and unique about her approach is the level of motivation and passion she brings out of her clients and their employees, including those that had not been performing at their best.
