This talk explores how to effectively lead change in a way that overcomes obstacles and sustains the sought after change.

Prior to leading trueU, Kyle served in hospital administration for over 25 years. He most recently served for 7 years as the President of St.Vincent Indianapolis Hospital. In this role he led all operations for this 950 bed, $1.3 billion healthcare organization with over 5,500 employees and 1,500 physicians
