Topic: Developing Your Mentoring Strategy
Mentoring is knowledge transfer. Building relationships with those who have successfully done what you are striving to do can be most helpful. Mentoring should be based on successful mastery of the competency.  In this interactive presentation, you will learn how developing your career with mentors is critical in your advancement. Whether you are a mentor or mentee, you will learn how to approach these relationships confidently and strategically.
