DESCRIPTION:Rainmakers Empowering Women Roundtable is for women to meet\, develop and strengthen relationships. Rainmakers\, as an organization\, is passionate about helping professionals build authentic relationships that enable them to reach new levels of success in their business and personal lives. This session is for women of all ages and stages of professional accomplishment. Each month we will spend time getting to know each other and our business needs while engaging in a meaningful discussion topic. \n\nMay Topic: Overcoming Overwhelm \n\n\nAre you overwhelmed by… \n\ntrying to balance it all\nthe constant demands of home and work\nhaving to decide what to focus on\nthe thought of change\nnot having enough time or energy to do what you WANT to do\nnever reaching your goals\nchoices!\n\nThis workshop\, for those who are feeling overwhelmed or stuck\, provides learning on how to create the clarity and purposeful thinking they need to move forward toward their desired outcomes in their business\, career and daily schedule. \n\n\n\nYou will learn how to:\n\n\nIdentify your current reality\nClarify your desired future\nDetermine what is holding you back and why you are stuck\nUse a new framework to turn thoughts into actions\nAchieve the desired result\n\n\nGet from your current reality to your desired future.
