DESCRIPTION:Recognizing our workplace is also our mission field\, we are here to encourage one another as we learn and apply biblical principles at work. \nRainmakers Christian Professionals (RCP) is an intimate networking experience for Christian business professionals. Every monthly event provides teaching and small group discussion. RCP is a platform to build and strengthen your relationship with God and your relationships with people. \n  \nSeptember Topic: Culture Change \nOur Worldview is largely determined by our Culture\, Background\, and Experience.  Apart from a transformational experience with Jesus Christ\, our experience will take us either in the direction of the culture in which we grew up or away from it. \nOnly a change in our Worldview allows us to break the cycles of our past\, lead us to a new set of values\, a new set of Habits\, and Results that glorify God. \nCommitment to the Values of God’s Word is the key to success in this life\, and the solution to failure. \nWhat do we need to do to change the negatives of our past to positives in the next generation? \n  \nOur Speaker: Eldon Kibbey \n \nEldon has been the Indiana Director for CBMC\, Christian Business Men’s Connection\, since 1998.  His job is to establish\, equip\, and mobilize teams of businessmen to carry out the Great Commission.  He has been a mentor in both business and CBMC for over 45 years. \nEldon received his education in the field of Metallurgical Engineering\, which he applied in the aerospace industry with McDonnell Aircraft Corporation\, followed by a tour of duty with the US Air Force Materials Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB\, Ohio. \nHe was owner/manager of a commercial services business for 26 years in Indianapolis\, during which time he was involved with CBMC. \nEldon and his wife\, Sandy\, married since 1971\, are the parents of five children\, and grandparents of four. \n  \n__________________________ \n  \nOur Featured Non-Profit: \n \nThe Purpose of Christian Business Men’s Connection:\nReaching businessmen right where they are to help them become the men God designed them to be. \nCBMC (Christian Business Men’s Connection) of Indiana is a men’s ministry for business and professional leaders\, encouraging them toward: spiritual development\, personal integrity\, principled leadership\, and a desire to impact and mentor business leaders.
