Christina’s entrepreneurial spirit combined with her passion to create community in the workplace makes her a natural fit for her role with Ohana\, a virtual platform that optimizes communication and engages employees within organizations across the US.  After noticing current systems engage only 15% of the workforce on average\, it’s become her personal mission to increase engagement\, communication\, and ultimately ROI\, by building community within business. \n\n \nChristina earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business where she majored in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation.  Her Ohana and nonprofit work alike have led her to speak across Indiana\, be featured on multiple podcasts\, and be nominated as a 2019 finalist for the ELEVATE Awards. In her spare time\, you can find her hiking\, dancing\, or volunteering in the Indianapolis community.
