By creating a more intimate environment\, we will be able to learn more\, build stronger relationships\, and work together to make an impact.\n\n\nBreak into small groups for more personal connections\nLearn best networking practices from other colleagues\nBuild Stronger relationships\nMake an impact\n\nAfter the session\, we’ll be sure to send the contact information to the participants to connect further. \n  \nFebruary Topic: Virtual Speed 1-1 Meetings\n\nLet’s kick off the year with some new relationships! Rainmakers Connect is a monthly event that helps participants make new connections\, reconnect with those we already know\, and deepen our connections. This month\, we are really amping our effort up and with virtual one-on-one meetings for the entire session. Come prepared to make a great first impression and practice your introduction (make it short and to the point to help gain traction on the results you are working to create in 2021). You’ll probably get to make at least 7 new connections so this is a very good use of an hour.
