Eugene Pride is currently the CEO & Owner of ARCpoint Labs of Indianapolis and serves as the Chief HR/Safety OQicer at a food industry company. \nARCpoint Labs is a national\, full-service third-party provider/administrator of confidential diagnostic testing for businesses\, individuals\, legal & healthcare professionals. Our oQerings include drug testing\, alcohol screening\, DNA and clinical lab testing\, wellness panels\, corporate wellness programs\, and employment & background screening\, among other services. Our goal is to help people be healthier and greatly improve the quality of their lives. We also partner with businesses to create and maintain drug and alcohol-free workplaces.

Everyone else will search their own Linkedin connections for this criteria and make immediate introductions.\n\n_________________________________\n\nTo attend this session you must know how to: \n\nSearch and use filters on Linkedin\nHave an all-star profile\nKnow-How to share a profile with a connection\nYou must have a written intro for others to send on your behalf.  I have attached a variety of samples from other members that might be helpful when putting together your intro.\n\n  \nIn this session\, you will share the following: \n\nDescribe who is your ideal strategic partner/referral partner.  Who calls on the same person in a corporation that you do?  (CIO/CEO/CFO\, ETC.)\nDescribe who is your ideal client (it’s not “everyone”)\nYou do not need to have a paid LinkedIn subscription\, although it’s nice to have.\n\n  \nWhat to expect (how-to): \n\nRound 1 connect to each other before the actual session (I will send the list of people who registered for this event ahead of time)\nRound 2 explain keywords describing who you want to meet.  Other members will send you a person that fits the bill and you reply through messenger if that looks good.\nRound 3 members send a three-way email or LinkedIn message as a warm introduction using verbiage provided during the session.\n\n\n  \nOur Facilitator: \n \nJim Patton \nJim Patton is a Financial Planner with WestPoint Financial Group.  He provides objective and customized insurance and investment strategies to help meet the financial needs of his clients. \nJim is a graduate of Purdue University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics.  He later earned his Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma University and his MS in Adult Education from Indiana University. Jim is also a graduate of the US Army War College. \nPrior to joining WestPoint Financial Group\, Jim was the owner of J Patton Consulting\, LLC. He also worked for Transamerica Financial Advisors as an Investment Advisor Representative. From 1970 to 2000\, Jim served in the United States Army as a Colonel. During his service\, he was stationed in Germany and Korea. Given Jim’s background\, he enjoys focusing on veteran business owners. \nJim is a member of the Society of Financial Services Professionals and a member of the Board of Directors of the Central Indiana Chapter of the Society of Financial Services Professionals. \nIn his free time\, Jim enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His hobbies include hiking and reading.

Dinner \n \nAbout Rick’s Cafe Boatyard:\nRick’s Café Boatyard is an Indianapolis icon located on the waterfront of Eagle Creek’s Reservoir. Best known for fresh seafood\, prime steaks\, and craft cocktails. \nWhen Rick Albrecht moved to Indianapolis from Louisville in the 1970s\, he was an insurance salesman who had previously been enlisted in the United States Navy. Rick would quickly become a well-known restaurateur\, owning several bars and eateries in the greater Indianapolis area\, including downtown\, Geist\, Keystone and eventually Eagle Creek. \nRick`s Cafe Americain opened in Union Station in downtown Indianapolis in 1986 and was the first of many endeavors for Rick. The Americain was themed after the movie Casablanca starring Humphrey Bogart. In 1987\, Rick`s Cafe Dockside was opened on Geist Reservoir. The space was previously a bait shop and small bar\, and was expanded to have more bar space and plenty of outside seating. Rick`s Dockside was an immediate success and is what got Rick in the waterfront dining scene\, a unique venture in land-locked Indianapolis. Rick has also owned several other concepts in Indianapolis\, including Rico`s Supper Club in Carmel\, Rick`s at Riley Towers\, and The Cork at the Crossing. \n  \n  \nNote: We’re responsible for finding a great restaurant!
