She has served various companies in executive level sales positions over the years and has worked the Rainmakers platform successfully to create winning business development results. Nancy has served and continues to serve as a Rainmakers board member. Nikki Lewallen is an accomplished leader, business development pro, speaker and philanthropist. As CEO of Rainmakers, Nikki supports the Indianapolis business community by providing a platform for business growth through relationships. A natural connector of people, Nikki’s expertise in business development enables her to find and nurture strategic relationships that result in meaningful business outcomes. One of her favorite things is to learn new, authentic business development practices and teach them to others. Under her leadership, Rainmakers has served over 5,000 members to date.
As reflected in her leadership style, Nikki is an avid proponent of robust company culture. She believes that for people to succeed in business and life, it is necessary for them to find meaning in their work. Today, Nikki works nationally alongside CEOs, Presidents and key executives to build highly engaged employers. She has built a national network of the best HR and talent solutions to tie her gift of connecting to the resources leaders need to move the needle on employee engagement, ultimately helping more people “Love Mondays.”
Nikki is the show host for Gut + Science, a podcast that convenes key leaders across the globe to solve and innovate talent topics, building very best workplaces. The international show currently engages an audience of 30K+, weekly. Nikki is the National Chair for Engage Mentoring, an external mentoring program with hundreds of leaders who collaborate to help each other sharpen their skills on all things hr and talent.
Nikki holds a variety of non profit board positions around Indianapolis including Thrivent Financial and Purposeful Living INC. Rainmakers, as an organization, is committed to featuring local nonprofits at every event and giving back a minimum of 5% profits each year to important causes. Nikki believes that we all want to give back and Rainmakers serves as a platform to make it easier for people to get involved with a charity the pulls on their heart.
Nikki grew up in the Indianapolis area and holds an undergraduate and graduate degree from Indiana University.
Director of Training and Development
Tommy will be responsible for the Leadership development within the Rainmakers organization and Leadership and Personal Development training for executives, employee groups and members.
Tommy has more than 40 years experience in business coaching, training, and athletic coaching. He has coached more than 1,000 individuals and teams and facilitated training for corporate teams and executives and is a former president of Toastmasters, International.
Digital Marketing Specialist
As the Digital Marketing Specialist for Rainmakers, Ashley works closely with the other team members to ensure that members stay up to date and informed with the numerous Rainmakers events.
She is a graduate of Asbury University with studies in photography and graphic design.
She loves the eccentric and mysterious things in life, believing it brings the personality and identity of its person, location, or situation.
As a writer and editor, Karen Wilczewski has a passion for words. She works with Rainmakers to craft its message on social media and works with members looking to market their business. Though she writes LinkedIn profiles, website copy, blogs, and crafts resumes for clients, she’s ardent about medical and health care topics.
Prior to her affiliation with Rainmakers, Karen worked in public relations for a local hospital and spent 15 years writing, editing, and coordinating the design of publications for two statewide associations.
Karen has also authored a book on the state’s only osteopathic hospital and has edited a broad range of articles and publications, including
Karen is an Indiana University graduate and has a B.A. in Journalism and a Certification in Editing.
Michele is a Customer Service Expert that has worked in the Indianapolis and Greenwood Luxury retail markets building community relationships since 1998. She brings to the table a passion for connecting business owners and leaders, so they can benefit from the Rainmakers experience and build a trusting network.
Michele can assist you in connecting with your Centers of Influence which in turn allows Rainmakers members to launch their businesses to the next level. She will help promote you through staying connected, being involved and caring about you and your business relationships.
