Nikki Lewallen is the CEO of Rainmakers and has been a flagship accelerator to the organization’s growth over the past 10 years. Nikki brings passion and business development expertise to the Indianapolis small business community. Her mission is to inspire people to their true potential doing what they love. After many years of sharing the message Loving Mondays, Nikki realized that her true calling is in the employee engagement industry. In 2017, Nikki made a strategic leap to Emplify to live the mission of helping 1 million people love (get their heart into) their work. Nikki truly believes that winning the game of life IS about the people you meet and the books you read. Rainmakers will serve 1,000 members this year and bring awareness to over 100 small, meaningful Indy nonprofits.
“The Rainmakers organization will always be at my very core, as I get the opportunity to build Indianapolis and the blessing of helping people find their purpose, pursue it and win!” – Nikki Lewallen
