Nancy’s involvement with Rainmakers spans several years.  She has served various companies in executive level sales positions over the years and has worked the Rainmakers platform successfully to create winning business development results. Nancy has served and continues to serve as a Rainmakers board member. Passionate about helping members succeed, Nancy guides them on how to leverage their membership so they, too, can experience the gains she has made. Nikki Lewallen is an accomplished business development professional, speaker and philanthropist. As CEO of Rainmakers, Nikki supports the Indiana business community by providing a platform for authentic business growth. A natural connector of people, Nikki’s expertise in business development enables her to find and nurture strategic relationships that result in meaningful business outcomes. Under her leadership, Rainmakers is one of the premiere business networking organizations in Indianapolis.

As reflected in her leadership style, Nikki is an avid proponent of robust company culture. She believes that for people to succeed in business and life, it is necessary for them to love what they do. It is this passion for employee engagement that led Nikki to join Emplify in 2017, a company devoted to helping millions of people find meaning in their work.

Nikki holds a variety of board positions around Indianapolis including the Indianapolis Rotary and Purposeful Living INC. She believes that the work we do on earth to produce abundance fuels the causes nearest and dearest to our hearts.

Nikki resides in Indianapolis with her husband, Elias and her skateboarding English Bulldog, Tonka Jane.

As COO, Tina works closely with the CEO to ensure the vision, values and mission of the company are alive throughout the organization. She develops and implements systems that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Tina creates and executes marketing strategy. She creates original material for blogs and social posts, and helps spread the word about Rainmakers events and trainings on numerous social media platforms. Tina is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about social media and online marketing.

 

Stacy Sallmen
Email Communications Ambassador

Stacy joins Rainmakers to help create a more amazing member experience for members and to provide administrative support to the Rainmakers team.

With over 15 years professional experience Stacy brings a unique talent for gathering insights, developing leadership, and building roadmaps for individuals, teams, and organizations. Stacy has a passion for an ability to coach, coordinate, train, manage, and direct others with immediate and positive results. Stacy launched her discovery coaching business, Let’s Jettison, in 2016. Along with the Esther Be Society, a global women’s revolution, creating a society of women without shame, guilt, and fear.

 

Quynhmy Raley

Q is a proud mother, wife to a combat veteran and a part time business student.

She has over 12 years of cosmetology experience working in salons. The relationships she built over the years have made her an expert in customer service as well as a natural connector.  Q will be helping the Rainmakers staff execute projects and create excellence for our members.

Q is optimistic, driven, a fast learner and motivated to get to the next level. If theres a way, she will get it done. Because her husband is a paralyzed veteran, she is passionate about disabled veterans and hopes to one day create a non profit in their honor. In her free time she loves to try new restaurants, be active outdoors with her family and participate in volunteer activities.

Tommy will be responsible for the Leadership development within the Rainmakers organization and Leadership and Personal Development training for executives, employee groups and members.

Tommy has more than 40 years experience in business coaching, training, and athletic coaching. He has coached more than 1,000 individuals and teams and facilitated training for corporate teams and executives and is a former president of Toastmasters, International.
