What Did I Miss at PRIME?

Everything! Over 100 guests attended Monday night’s PRIME event at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse. The evening began with our VIP cocktail hour honoring event Chairs, PRIME Partners and PRIME sponsors.

Event Chairs: Kelly Gerling (LINKS Business Connection), Jay Bilunas/Tim Clifford (ThinkUP), Bryon Foley (Boomers), Susan Hargrove (Business Blaze), Mike Childs (ConnectTech), Zach Taylor (RYP), Jason Armbrust (RCP), Duane Weber (Toastmasters), Clint Seefeldt (Serve More), Jeff Boucher (Linkedin Roundtables), Neil Richmund (Marketing Essentials Roundtable)

Prime Partners: Aura IT, RSVP and Regus

Prime Sponsors: Andrea Ciobanu, Apprentice University and LP Productions.

At 5:00 the rest of our guests arrived, mingled and posed for fun pictures in the photo booth provided by Steve Flanagan with Indiana Photo Booth Company. Jamar Cobb-Dennard, our emcee introduced sponsors, shared announcements and kept us running on time. Bryon Foley had the honor of distributing the PRIME awards. At PRIME, in addition to visiting with members, we recognize members who have reflected the core Rainmakers values of BE, DO HAVE and GIVE. The recipients were:

BE AWARD – Recognizing the Character and Spirit of a Rainmaker: Gerilyn Davis. Gerilyn exemplifies the BE quality by showing up for others, expressing a positive attitude and being intentional about helping others in the Rainmakers community.

DO AWARD – Recognizing the activity and momentum that it takes to be a Rainmaker: Zach Taylor. Zach is active in the Rainmakers community. He has been the driving force behind Rainmakers Young Professionals since its inception.

HAVE AWARD – Recognizing the abundance that a Rainmaker creates: Tommy Richardson. Tommy’s career is a case study in abundance. Tommy continually finds ways to improve the Rainmakers community by offering his time and resources in the personal development arena.

GIVE AWARD – Recognizing the servant leadership of a Rainmaker: Tom Flanagan. Tom was responsible for introducing the largest servant leadership initiative of 2014, Secret Families, to the Rainmakers organization. He has consistently demonstrated acts of service to Rainmakers and the community at large.

Also, a special thanks to Apprentice University apprentices Ginny Brueggen, Justin Dickey, Justin Moran and Kelsey Brossart along with Kathy Galvin for manning the Rainmakers Connect table.

The Road Ahead for Rainmakers involves excellence, as we consistently strive to enhance the Rainmakers offerings. Rainmakers as an organization will continually work to create strategic alliances with other great organizations so we can collaborate to serve the Indianapolis community.

Thanks to all who attended!
