Our Worldview is largely determined by our Culture, Background, and Experience. Apart from a transformational experience with Jesus Christ, our experience will take us either in the direction of the culture in which we grew up or away from it.
Only a change in our Worldview allows us to break the cycles of our past, lead us to a new set of values, a new set of Habits, and Results that glorify God.
Commitment to the Values of God’s Word is the key to success in this life, and the solution to failure.

Our Speaker: Eldon Kibbey
Eldon has been the Indiana Director for CBMC, Christian Business Men’s Connection, since 1998. His job is to establish, equip, and mobilize teams of businessmen to carry out the Great Commission. He has been a mentor in both business and CBMC for over 45 years.
Eldon received his education in the field of Metallurgical Engineering, which he applied in the aerospace industry with McDonnell Aircraft Corporation, followed by a tour of duty with the US Air Force Materials Laboratory at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
He was owner/manager of a commercial services business for 26 years in Indianapolis, during which time he was involved with CBMC.
Eldon and his wife, Sandy, married since 1971, are the parents of five children, and grandparents of four.
