We often start each new year with great intentions. The problem arises when there is a disconnect between our intentions and the actual end of year outcomes. Francis Chan said, “I don’t want to get to the end of my life and only have accomplished what an unbeliever could have accomplished.” Success is often based on our passion and urgency around our mission (in life and business). Dave will lead every attendee through a simple exercise that perhaps will cause you to view your life in a way you never have. It just might change how you choose to invest your time going forward.

Dave is the CEO of Truth At Work, a marketplace ministry that works with Christian business owners and leaders to build strong organizations that integrate their faith into the marketplace.
Prior to his appointment as CEO, Dave’s involvement in Truth At Work included being a Round Table member, Board Member and a Chapter President in central Maryland.
Dave has held several executive positions as a CEO, president, board member, and officer of both private and public companies. Over his career, he has held leadership positions in sales, marketing, and general management for companies including Eagle Management Group, JDSU, Acterna, IBM, and Verizon.
In addition, Dave has served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, mentoring start-ups, he serves on several board of directors, and speaks frequently for companies, associations, and universities on the topics of leadership, business operations, marketing, and entrepreneurship.

The Surgeon General estimates that approximately 10% of the US population suffers from an addiction, with nearly 22 million being untreated. This translates to 1 in 3 families is directly affected by addiction.
