Kevin Gearheart
Kevin Gearheart is the President of Rehab Medical and a partner in Rehab Industries. Rehab Medical has been a part of the IBJ Fast 25 for three straight years and has been a part of the Best Places to Work in Indiana for the past two. His focus is on building rapidly growing, sustainable businesses with a great culture. Kevin has over 20 years of experience, mostly in healthcare and real estate development. He has an MBA for IU’s Kelley School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Wabash College.

Thomas Mackey is a Senior Sales Executive with PrimePay, the largest privately held Human Capital Management company in the United States, where he has quickly proven himself as a two-time Winner’s Circle recipient. His passion is relationships, and helping organizations improve efficiencies to cut costs, drive revenue and retain top talent. He does this through integrated technology, including applicant tracking, onboarding, payroll, time/PTO tracking, HR analytics, compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, etc.
Thomas is a graduate of Ball State University, a current MBA student at Xavier University, President of the Indianapolis Association of Health Underwriters, Treasurer of the Indiana Professional Services Association, and constantly looking for ways to make an impact in the community. Thomas lives in Noblesville with his wife, two-year-old daughter, and their crazy chocolate lab!
