Lisa Mitchell, CFI

Lisa Mitchell, CFI is a communications expert and Founder of Power Body Language. She specializes in Body Language and Non Verbal communication skills, coaching high-performing executives and providing expert analysis during jury selection. She is a Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) and a Certified Body Language Trainer, and holds a Masters Degree in Management. Lisa is also the co-founder and CEO of Pulse Analytix, a technology platform that connects citizens, law enforcement, and oversight agencies to ensure great transparency and improved relations.

Megan Koontz, PHR, CPSP
Vice President, Human Resources, Fusion Alliance
Megan joined Fusion Alliance (formerly Quick Solutions) in 1998, and currently serves as Director of Human Resources. Megan brings over 20 years of experience in benefit plan administration, compliance, and employee relations. In addition to her degree in Human Resources, she is PHR and CPSP certified. Apart from her responsibilities with Fusion Alliance, Megan serves on the board of Huckleberry House, an organization that provides shelter and services to homeless, runaway and at-risk youth. She also enjoys traveling, having other people cook for her, and spending time with friends and family.
