Welcoming Our Newest Team Member

We are proud to introduce Mrs. Kimberle Seale to our team, as our new Chief Strategy Officer. As Rainmakers continues to grow and add additional value to its members, Kim will work collaboratively with our organization to deliver excellence to our Rainmaker business strategy. She will work along-side the CEO and President on the short and long-term goals that further our mission and vision. Her duties will be to assess our day-to-day infrastructure while creating additional strategic plans to fulfill our company needs as we continue to grow.

Kim is both a proud wife and mother, all while being a successful entrepreneur of her own business, Vincerem. Her certifications include coaching, strategy management, and project management. She specializes in neuro-linguistic programming, along with being a successful published author and patent inventor. She has an extensive background in leadership team development, as well as business growth strategies. She uses her leadership skills to serve on various non-profit boards while helping to serve others in many capacities both personally and professionally.

Kim’s background in executive leadership and organizational strategy will bring us many new offerings. As we gain traction on our virtual membership platform, we are excited for Kim to help us expand our reach outside of Indianapolis. Kim has a passion to see small business owners succeed and has the vision to bring a full suite of services to Rainmakers in order to support the well-rounded growth of the small businesses we serve.
