Rainmakers Christian Leaders gathers owners, executives and managers in the small and mid-market Indianapolis business community to build relationships and grow in their Christian faith. Quarterly networking events feature a successful Indianapolis business leader that speaks about their faith journey in business. The speaker will then lead attendees into small group discussions to share and apply key takeaways. Outside of the quarterly event, Rainmakers Christian Leaders offers roundtable sessions on various topics with regards to living out our faith in the workplace.

Social Worker, Wife, and Mother of five, Lindsay Schloss has worked professionally and served in Child & Community Services in Indianapolis & Fishers, Indiana for over 15 years.
Lindsay’s personal and professional passions combined with the deep desire to make an impact in the community both locally and globally inspired her to launch a non-profit organization, HopeAnchor & Crew, Philanthropic Jewelry.
Founded in the belief that HOPE anchors our souls and our communities and that our communities are only as strong as our generosity to serve those in need. With the mission to empower disadvantaged young women to create beautiful & meaningful handmade jewelry representing the greatest local and global causes and organizations of our time.
While providing a holistic path of healing, health and hope for our fellows, women also learn valuable life and job skills as well as personal growth coaching in every area of their lives.
Lindsay, her husband Steve and their five children live in Fishers, Indiana and when they are not at their children’s dance and sports events, they enjoy spending time at their family’s lake house on Lake Wawasee. Lindsay is passionate about living the full, balanced life that God has for us and desires to leave a legacy of social service, faith and generosity.
