Building a Winning Team

Bringing out the best in yourself and others!

In this day and age, you are going to have to step up your game not only to thrive but also to stay in business.

In this series we are talking about one of the most critical areas in your leadership role, whether you are an entrepreneur with a support team, or whether you’re in the corporate environment with a significant number of people on your team, it makes no difference.

The key to building a winning team is starting with yourself. You have to be a winner to build a winning team.

Our approach is getting the best out of yourself and the people around you. The way we will approach this is from different various areas that start with yourself and then developing your team, because you can’t pour from an empty cup.

This highly interactive session will allow you to test your new skills in a controlled environment and be ready to grow as a leader.

Our first session will delve into the following topics:

How do we get the best out of ourselves; Including skills and mindset?

What is your leadership style? The 7 Most Common Styles of Leadership

What is an ideal team player? Do you hire on attitude, skillset or culture fit?
