In 2011, Mr. Booher founded OnGuard Security Solutions (WeAreOnGuard.com) with $5k of seed money. OnGuard currently employs 6 other team members. The company protects people and property across Central Indiana with modern Video Surveillance Camera, Access Control Locks and Burglar and Fire Alarms.
He has brought the idea of being a ‘business within a business’ to OnGuard providing lucrative sales opportunities to other go-getters while serving the good people of Indiana so they may have ‘NO WORRIES…because we are OnGuard’.
Kirk is a lifelong learner and has read/listened to some 300 books much of which he shares on his blog (PonderingLife.blog). He has been married to his wife, Jill, for 20 years and has 3 beautiful and capable daughters. He currently resides in Fishers, IN. He is active in his faith and enjoys bicycling and tennis plus discussing the two taboos; religion and politics but even more so; personal spirituality and self-governance.
