Rainmakers Empowering Women Roundtable is for women to meet, develop and strengthen relationships. Rainmakers, as an organization, is passionate about helping professionals build authentic relationships that enable them to reach new levels of success in their business and personal lives. This session is for women of all ages and stages of professional accomplishment. Each month we will spend time getting to know each other and our business needs while engaging in a meaningful discussion topic.
July Topic: Evolutionize Your Thinking for Unimaginable Richness
Our world has continued to evolve over the years. Sometimes it’s a slow growth. Sometimes it’s growth that comes from death. And, occasionally we are thrust into a position to evolve overnight. This leaves little room to get past the fear of change and the desire to have control over our lives and the lives of others.
Being surrounded by sickness, riots, death, and anger for extended periods of time…while trying to manage our business, our families and our lives can put us in a state of unconscious complacency and hopelessness. While in this state we stand in a holding pattern of where we are not at our best self and not delivering the best value for anyone.
Have you ever sat quietly and thought to yourself, “how do I think differently?” “How can I change the trajectory of my life where I can be more, serve more, and experience true richness…all the time?” It does exist and it can happen.
If you’re at a place where something has to change, it shouldn’t need a life changing event to make extraordinary change.
But what if…just what if…we could put ourselves in that place where we can “Evolutionize” our thinking…anytime we choose?
So I invite you to join us on July 10th at 10:30 AM EST for the Empowering Women Roundtable, where, in this session, business owners like you will brainstorm what it will take to “Evolutionize” our thinking, our businesses, and our lives. As a group, we will help each other rise above where we are today and experience a level that we haven’t yet been able to imagine.

- What will it take to move past the fear and get out of the box and think outside of this world?
- What’s next, what will you do differently after today?

Our Facilitator: Kimberle Seale
Kim is a success coach focused on creating a lasting legacy of wealth, health, and happiness for professionals and business owners. She is an experienced and credentialed coach, has won multiple leadership awards, an author, and a patent inventor for a product developed for Uber. Kim has achieved some amazing and transformative results with her clients and in her past as a corporate executive before she started her own practice three years ago. What is inspiring and unique about her approach is the level of motivation and passion she brings out of her clients and their employees, including those that had not been performing at their best.
