Downtown Rainmakers Event

Downtown Rainmakers is a quarterly event for professionals, executives and business owners whose market place and/or related activities has a center of commerce from the downtown area. This event features top city leaders and business people with influence in the Indianapolis business community. Extend your professional network, meet others who focus on the downtown marketplace, learn from knowledgeable guest speakers, and participate in the ever changing business landscape of Indianapolis!

Topic: An Introduction to Tools for Business Owners. Tap into useful resources to help your business thrive! The SBDC (Small Business Development Center) has several tools, many free, that aide business owners in all stages of development.

Andrew Carty serves as the regional director for the Central Indiana SBDC. With national management experience in community, workforce, and economic development, Andrew’s passion is to help small businesses better understand and leverage their ecosystem. 

Rainmakers Downtown

Dennis Wimer is the Director of the Old National Bank Center for Closely Held Business. His role as the Director is to lead the Center in its mission to provide training, education, mentoring, and networking opportunities to privately-owned businesses throughout Indiana to help them succeed.
